Auditions for Season 3

NEXT Dance Co invites technically trained Dancers to audition for our upcoming Winter Showcase on Sunday August 16, 2026 at the Capitol Theater in Willimantic, CT at 10 AM.

What’s NEXT:

This fall, dancers will have the unique opportunity to audition with professionally trained and company choreographers. Throughout the month of September, multiple choreographers will be joining us to teach a variety of dance styles, including members of the company.

 

These rehearsals will lead to polished works that our company dancers will proudly showcase in the January performance.

There is a $20 audition fee for all dancers and choreographers that can be paid using the button below. If you're a choreographer, please also fill out the form below. Come ready to move and take the next step in your performance journey with us!​​

Rehearsal Locations

Rehearsals will begin at the Capitol Theater in Willimantic, CT. However, locations may rotate throughout the state to accommodate dancers traveling from various areas. Our goal is to create accessible rehearsal opportunities for all company members.

Choreographer Audition Submission Form

Please fill out this form prior to auditions on August 16th at 10 am. If you are planning to choreograph a piece for NEXT Season 3 Winter Showcase, you are required to audition a minimum of one minute in length of choreography. If your piece is selected for performance in our Winter Showcase, you would be required to be at one four hour Sunday rehearsal to set the piece. Date and rehearsal schedule TBD.
