Contemporary with Leeza

Leeza Regulbuto discovered her love for movement at a young age, beginning dance classes that sparked a lifelong passion. She honed her technique at The Dance Academy of Somers and earned a four-year degree in dance from The Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts, focusing on Vaganova Ballet and Modern, with a special affinity for Graham technique integrated into contemporary practice. Leeza went on to receive her Bachelor’s degree in Dance Performance from Roger Williams University, studying modern dance and spending her junior year abroad in London, training at The Place, Laban, and Pineapple Studios with a variety of choreographers and styles. Professionally, she has performed with CONNetic Dance in Hartford, Connecticut, in productions including The Nutcracker Suite and Spicy under director Carolyn Paine.
